Under the TwojeSystemy brand we take responsibility for the whole - from diagnosis, through code, to the moment everything simply works.
Where we come from
Before we started automating businesses, we spent years on the front line - in direct customer service for the public sector. It was there, managing a complex flow of information and solving hundreds of problems a day, that we learned to find our way through chaos and turn it into working processes.
That is why we joined forces. At Nortia, hard technology meets a psychological understanding of business - and from that combination came the brand TwojeSystemy.
Today we do the same for companies that are stuck: we untangle what looks from the outside like an “IT problem” - though it almost never is one.
From day one you know who leads the work. You talk directly to the people who diagnose the problem, design the solution and oversee the rollout.
PsychologyCo-Founder & COO
I graduated in psychology from Jagiellonian University and am, by nature, a guardian of the highest quality. My organisational skills were forged in the demanding, heavily bureaucratised public sector. At Nortia I am the bridge between your business problems and our code.
EngineeringCo-Founder & CTO
I am a software architect set on optimising everything around me. My experience spans cybersecurity, technical support and data analytics. Today, though, my Roman Empire is making sure your business scales. At Nortia I am responsible for the technical heart of our projects: their delivery and maintenance.

Admittedly there is no signed contract, but Haker still turns up to support us in our everyday projects.
